feat: convert 5 static pages to CMS-driven blocks
Replace hardcoded motivation, so-funktionierts, ueber-uns, impressum,
and datenschutz pages with CMS-driven content via BlockRenderer.
Add block components: HeroBlock, TextBlock, CardGridBlock, CTABlock,
ProcessStepsBlock, QuoteBlock, HtmlEmbedBlock.
