docs: add Definity design guidelines and update CLAUDE.md
- docs/DESIGN.md: Full design system reference (colors, typography,
spacing, shadows, components, animation patterns)
- CLAUDE.md: Updated with design system summary, component library,
implemented blocks (9/15), architecture overview
