Switch from pymysql to psycopg2-binary, update connection string to postgresql+psycopg2, replace MySQL-specific JSON imports with generic SQLAlchemy JSON, convert MySQL prefix index to PostgreSQL left() function, and remove FetchedValue() (unnecessary with PostgreSQL).
