Martin Porwoll 28e6c6c125 fix(ci): fix staging deployment SSH and workflow issues 
- Rotate STAGING_SSH_KEY (new ED25519 keypair)
- Remove environment block (same startup_failure fix as production)
- Fix staging URL: pl.c2sgmbh.de -> pl.porwoll.tech
- Update Node.js: 20 -> 22 (match project standard)
