15bdd66eb6 docs: add monitoring & alerting dashboard design 
Event-driven architecture with SSE real-time updates, 5-tab dashboard
(System Health, Services, Performance, Alerts, Logs), 4 new collections,
and integration with existing alert-service.ts.
